Challenge:
Entice people to move into a community north of Dallas/Ft. Worth without any property built.
Solution:
Sell the Lantana, TX lifestyle to families that wanted a more traditional neighborhood. This group of 14 communities would have shopping, schools and a beautifully landscaped 18 hole golf course. The site also showed home availability and progress updates. In 2002 it was an McSam Awards Finalist for Best Website (Developer) and won two years later.
